Krampus (Working Title)

This family-friendly holiday themed board game challenges players to explore a Christmas-themed town, interacting with all manner of festive activities such as snowman building contests, reindeer petting zoos, and even a holiday crafts market! You must collect and bank more presents than your opponents while drawing cards that allow you to take extra actions, some of which are nice, and some of which might get you put on the naughty list!

But it's not all holly and tinsel, as Krampus, a sort of nega-Santa, is stalking the town to catch naughty kids! Getting ahead is easy when you engage in naughty activities but it'll also cause Krampus to set his sights on you, adding another layer of challenge. 

Will you play fast and loose by being naughty and risk being caught, or will you play nice and stay out of his path? Probably a healthy mix of both!
